Devaun Pointe provides a breathtaking view of the Calabash
River and the river front of the Town of Calabash from the
high bluffs of Devaun Pointe. Devaun Pointe will have a hand
crafted gazebo which will lead to Devaun Dock on the Calabash
River. Devaun Dock will be a common dock facility and have
provisions for temporary docking for small watercraft. Devaun
Pointe is the beginning of the River Terrace sidewalk and
street corridor which Parallels the view corridor of the Calabash
River for over 2000 linear feet to provide visual access of
the Calabash River corridor to every resident of Devaun Park.

Devaun Pointe is located at Devaun Park's northwestern border
and surrounds some
of the most majestic vegetation and views in our neighborhood
for all to enjoy.
Devaun Pointe offers a waterfront gazebo with a floatation
dock, nature trails that
wind through the peaceful waterfront area and an observation
deck with swing
benches which overlooks sunsets on The Calabash River Boat
access to the
Intracoastal Waterway is via the Calabash River. The scenic
views of the Calabash
River along River Terrace together with the exceptional natural
water features
woven among the several neighborhood parks of Devaun Park
will be noted for
their exceptional views, pristine water's and scenic landscapes.
Please respect the
pristine elegance of these area's while visiting.
Devaun Pointe offers passive and peaceful recreation and
are available for all Devaun Park residents. Devaun Point
may be reserved for special events, on a limited basis. Events
that entail the solicitation of business will not be allowed.
A children's play area has been provided for young children.
Proper supervision and good common sense should be used when
children are enjoying the play area provided at Devaun Pointe.
Fishing is permitted from the shore of Devaun Pointe. Fish
cleaning is not allowed in The Park. No vehicles, such as
campers. RV, trailers, or other camping type equipped vehicles
may park in this area overnight or in any of the parks. Swimming
and wading in the Calabash is not allowed.
