Devaun Park's Traditional Neighborhood Design (TND) elements provide defined streetscapes and a variety of housing and building types woven among parks and spaces that preserve and enhance nature.  Incorporating a variety of housing and building types, Devaun Park's vision of TND encourages a mix of home styles from single-family homes with wide front porches and "Charleston Style" Row Houses with verandas to quaint cottages.  This allows homeowners, young and old, an opportunity to stay within the neighborhood when their needs change.

The following websites offer an interesting array of house plans and designs.  All of the plans and designs will not fit within a community of Traditional Neighborhood Design, however, most are adaptable.
