The primary gathering place for Devaun Park will be it's
Village Square. Properly placed within the center of the land
holding, and equally distant from the Calabash River and the
Intracoastal Waterway, it will be less than a 5 minute walk
for most Devaun Park residents. The Village Square is a collection
of eight buildings accommodating neighborhood oriented shops
and services primarily located on the ground level. The, second
and third floors on seven (7) of the Village Square buildings
may be utilized for a combination of office suites, apartment
and/or bed & breakfast accommodations. A 10,000 sq. ft.
membership health club facility with an indoor pool, The Village
Club, will be adjacent to all neighborhood shops and services
provided by the Village Square.
Devaun Point is located at Devaun Park's northwestern border
and surrounds some
of the most majestic vegetation and views in our neighborhood
for all to enjoy.
Devaun Point offers a waterfront gazebo with a floatation
dock, nature trails that
wind through the peaceful waterfront area and an observation
deck with swing
benches which overlooks sunsets on The Calabash River Boat
access to the
Intracoastal Waterway is via the Calabash River. The scenic
views of the Calabash
River along River Terrace together with the exceptional natural
water features
woven among the several neighborhood parks of Devaun Park
will be noted for
